Adjustment

- Verify the pilot/unloader line is clear before adjusting — a plugged line reads as a bad switch.
Before you open the cover
Kill power at the disconnect and lock out. Bleed the tank to 0 psi. Never set cut-out above the tank data-plate MAWP. Verify your numbers first in the cut-in / cut-out calculator.

Watch out
- Do not fit a 175 psi switch to a tank stamped 150 psi MAWP — that is the single most common illegal field modification we see.
