Sensor pin resistance & signal values

Pin-level resistance and signal values for the sensor types this controller uses. Works offline. De-energise the panel and lift one lead before ohming any element.

Wiring notes

Sequencing between Xe controllers is RS-485 daisy-chained — no star topology, 120 Ω at both physical ends
Keep transducer runs out of the starter compartment; VFD carrier noise shows as jittery pressure

Known issues & field notes

Display ribbon connector backs out with panel vibration — reseat before condemning the CPU
Firmware before 2017 mis-handles daylight-saving on scheduled start/stop

Service level is distributor-set. Operator-level parameter access needs no code on most builds.
