iCommand-Touch

The built-in 4-machine sequencing makes this one of the cheapest ways to sequence a small room — set it up before quoting a separate master controller.

  • Sump pressure transducer
  • VFD feedback on NxHE / VSD builds
Fault code lookup
First checks
  • Oil level / cooler
  • Thermal bypass valve
  • PT100 loop check ~100 Ω at 0 °C
First checks
  • Connector and cable
  • Loop current measurement
  • Sensor replacement
First checks
  • Reset and measure running amps
  • Phase imbalance
  • Airend rotation free
First checks
  • Drive display code
  • Heatsink cleanliness
  • Line voltage quality
First checks
  • Perform kit service
  • Reset corresponding timer only

Fault list is non-exhaustive and firmware-dependent. Always confirm against the controller’s on-screen help or OEM manual.

Sensor pin resistance & signal values

Pin-level resistance and signal values for the sensor types this controller uses. Works offline. De-energise the panel and lift one lead before ohming any element.

Wiring notes
  • Touchscreen is a separate HMI from the I/O board — a dead screen with a running unit usually means the HMI ribbon or 24 V HMI supply, not the control board
  • USB firmware updates must use FAT32 sticks under 32 GB
  • Sequencing between machines uses the RS-485 terminals marked MB-A/MB-B
Known issues & field notes
  • Resistive touch calibration drifts in hot cabinets — recalibrate from the hidden corner-touch service routine
  • Units with early iConnect modems lose cloud connection after carrier 3G sunsets — upgrade to the LTE module
