The high-performance Condor switch used on Atlas Copco, Chicago Pneumatic, ABAC, Fini and most European recips. Two independent adjusting screws set the switching point and the hysteresis, and the integrated rotary on/off handle acts as a motor disconnect. KEMA KEUR tested.

Size against motor full-load amps with the motor amperage calculator, and check feeder sizing with the voltage drop calculator.
Adjustment
- Larger screw = switching point (moves both cut-in and cut-out).
- Smaller screw = hysteresis (differential only).
- Adjust switching point first, then hysteresis, then re-verify both across a full cycle.
Before you open the cover
Kill power at the disconnect and lock out. Bleed the tank to 0 psi. Never set cut-out above the tank data-plate MAWP. Verify your numbers first in the cut-in / cut-out calculator.
Best fit
- Imported and European recips
- Installs that need a disconnect built into the switch
- Jobs where you must tune the differential precisely
Watch out
- Metric threads. Do not force NPT into a G 1/4 port — it will leak and can crack the body.
- The hour-counter cover is a genuine service aid; keep it when swapping the switch body.
