ES4000 / CP Connect
CP controllers share a lot of DNA with the Atlas Elektronikon family — menu layout and sensor conventions cross over, which speeds up diagnosis if you already know Elektronikon.

Sensor pin resistance & signal values
Pin-level resistance and signal values for the sensor types this controller uses. Works offline. De-energise the panel and lift one lead before ohming any element.
Wiring notes
- Telematics modem is on a separate 24 V feed — a dead modem does not affect machine control
- USB port powers service sticks only; use FAT32 media
- Sequencing pair is the same RS-485 used for Modbus — only one function at a time
Known issues & field notes
- Early CP Connect 2G/3G modems are stranded by carrier sunsets — LTE retrofit kit available
- Joystick caps pop off on older panels; replacement caps exist, but the encoder underneath is usually fine
