Sensor pin resistance & signal values

Pin-level resistance and signal values for the sensor types this controller uses. Works offline. De-energise the panel and lift one lead before ohming any element.

Wiring notes

Keep the gateway's Ethernet and RS-485 runs out of the VFD compartment — drive noise is the number one cause of dropped data
Powering the gateway from the same 24 V rail as the blowdown solenoid causes brownout resets; use a separate fused tap

Known issues & field notes

Monitoring only — it cannot start, stop, or change setpoints, so it never replaces a master controller

Cloud account credentials are per-customer, issued by the BOGE dealer at activation. No local password.
