provis is a MASTER controller, not a machine controller — each compressor keeps its own focus control or equivalent for safety shutdowns. The master only requests load/unload.

Fault code lookup

- Verify slave address is unique
- Check 120 Ω termination at both ends only
- Confirm baud/parity match at the machine controller

- Compare against a calibrated gauge

Sensor pin resistance & signal values
Pin-level resistance and signal values for the sensor types this controller uses. Works offline. De-energise the panel and lift one lead before ohming any element.
Wiring notes
- Wall-mounted panel — keep the Modbus trunk daisy-chained, never a star topology
- Volt-free interface for non-BOGE machines: one enable output per compressor plus a run-feedback input
- Network pressure sensor belongs downstream of the dryer and receiver, in stable flow, not on a dead leg
Known issues & field notes
- Mixing bus-controlled and contact-controlled machines can cause hunting if local unload setpoints overlap the master band — stagger local setpoints above the master band
- provis 2 web UI needs legacy Java/older browsers; provis 3 is HTML5
Operator / service / administrator levels set at commissioning. Administrator level is dealer-held.
