AIR CONTROL HE
The energy-balance page is genuinely useful for leak-hunt justification — screenshot the before/after to show customers what the fix saved.

Fault code lookup
First checks
- Oil level / cooler
- Thermostat insert
- Intake conditions
First checks
- Let motor cool; verify airflow to motor
- Measure PTC loop resistance
- Check for single-phasing
First checks
- Inspect belt set
- Sensor gap per manual
- Pulley alignment
First checks
- Loop check
- Connector integrity
First checks
- Fan blades free
- Cooler mat condition
First checks
- Perform service
- Reset the specific counter
Fault list is non-exhaustive and firmware-dependent. Always confirm against the controller’s on-screen help or OEM manual.
Sensor pin resistance & signal values
Pin-level resistance and signal values for the sensor types this controller uses. Works offline. De-energise the panel and lift one lead before ohming any element.
Wiring notes
- Belt-break sensor is a proximity pickup — set gap with the gauge in the manual, not by eye
- ALMiG LINK sequencing uses the standard RS-485 port — masters and slaves differ only in parameterization
- PTC input requires continuity through the motor thermistor loop; a missing jumper reads as a motor over-temp
Known issues & field notes
- SD cards from early firmware reject cards over 32 GB
- Foil keypad edges lift in oily atmospheres — a thin protective film extends life
