Adjustment
- Single range nut. The differential is fixed; do not force the smaller nut on a fixed-differential body.
- Confirm the tank ASME plate allows 175 psi before setting cut-out there.
Before you open the cover
Kill power at the disconnect and lock out. Bleed the tank to 0 psi. Never set cut-out above the tank data-plate MAWP. Verify your numbers first in the cut-in / cut-out calculator.

Watch out
- The safety valve must be rated at or below the tank rating — replace it if you raise cut-out.
- Four-port bodies invite extra tees; every unused port is a future leak. Plug them properly.
