LF16 (LF16-1H, LF16-4H)
The LF16 is the heavier build of the Lefoo family, used where cut-out lands at 145–175 psi on two-stage recips and small screws. Same footprint family as the LF10 but with a stiffer diaphragm and a higher burst rating.

Adjustment
- Set cut-out on the range nut and verify on a calibrated gauge — factory settings drift in shipping.
- Do not force a 175 psi setting on an LF10 body; the diaphragm is not rated for it.
Before you open the cover
Kill power at the disconnect and lock out. Bleed the tank to 0 psi. Never set cut-out above the tank data-plate MAWP. Verify your numbers first in the cut-in / cut-out calculator.

- Two-stage 175 psi shop compressors
- Replacing an obsolete high-pressure OEM switch
Watch out
- Fitting a 175 psi switch to a tank rated 150 psi is an ASME violation — check the tank plate, not the pump.
- The safety valve must still be rated at or below the tank pressure after any setpoint change.
