Common issues
- Stage pressure imbalance → failed valves on one stage
- Moisture in final air → drain separators every cycle, replace desiccant
- Overheating final stage → low oil, intercooler fouling

- Drain interstage separators every fill / hourly
- Replace breathing air cartridges per CO/moisture monitor
- Hydrostatic test storage cylinders per jurisdiction
