Filters installed in the wrong order
medCheckTrace the flow direction arrows from the header to the equipment.
FixRe-pipe in the correct sequence; a carbon tower ahead of a coalescer will be destroyed.

Bypass valve left open

FixClose and lock the bypass; tag it so it is only opened for element changes.

Unit undersized for the flow
