Recirculation of hot discharge air
medCheckCheck whether the cooler exhaust is short-circuiting back to the intake.
FixDuct the exhaust away, or add a baffle to separate hot and cold sides.

Fouled cooler core
medCheckLook at the cooler fins with a light; measure the approach temperature (discharge vs cooling air).
FixClean the cooler from the reverse airflow direction with an approved solvent and low-pressure air.
