Refrigerated dryer dewpoint too high

Air treatment

All symptoms
1

Inlet temperature too high

CheckInlet should be < 100°F (38°C) — verify against dryer nameplate max inlet temp; as a rule of thumb roughly every 20°F (11°C) rise in air temperature approximately doubles its moisture-carrying capacity, overloading the dryer.
FixAdd aftercooler upstream; reduce ambient temp.
