How to request account deletion

To delete your AirCompDX account and all associated personal data, send us a message from our contact page. Use the email tied to your account and choose the subject "Account deletion request".

What gets deleted

• Your account and authentication credentials (email, password)
• Your profile (display name, avatar)
• All field logs and photos you created
• AI chat history and saved threads
• Subscription records (billing records retained as legally required — see below)

Data we retain (and why)

• Billing & tax records: Payment transaction records held by our processor (Stripe) are retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
• Anonymized usage logs: Server logs that no longer identify you may be retained for security and diagnostics.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
